You may request a return or exchange only if:
You receive a damaged or defective product.
You receive the wrong product.
You receive a product that is significantly different from what you ordered.
The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind.
Color variation due to screen or lighting differences.
Minor irregularities in handloom, hand-block, batik, Ajrakh, or handcrafted products, as these are part of their handmade nature.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
If your exchange request is approved:
You will need to send the product to our return address using a reliable courier service.y.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund your courier charges (up to the actual courier cost with valid proof of payment).
The replacement product will be dispatched after the quality inspection is successfully completed.
To request a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your invoice number.
Send clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
